"here" is massachusetts, which is home and has been since she came home a few days after september 11, 1986. she voted for bob barr in the 2008 presidential election, in protest of the bipartisan bullshit that is us politics. instead of her government, she decides to believe in the new avengers, who are surely our last hope against the skrull invasion. she can be reached by the horn of gondor, or on aim at dinosaur victrola. |
thrill me she loves all kinds of music and animals and family and babies. she has an affinity for speed and so often pretends that her 1993 dodge caravan is actually a racecar, even though its transmission is dying. she gets angry about things like the development of forests and farmland, "fans" who don't support the creators of whatever they're "fans" of, lying politicians, homophobia, and people who think that they are better than other people for stupid reasons. she speaks english fluently, enough french that she could get around france, and enough japanese to read a children's book if it has furigana. maybe. she writes like a twelve-year-old boy with adhd, but she's good at managing office tasks. singing's one of her passions, cooking's another- and she likes to clean house. however, she also enjoys getting dirty by playing with her horses barefoot. on the nerdier side of things, she likes to read marvel comics and occasionally cosplay. she's also one of those freaks who's actually read the silmarillion. as of 16 may 2009 she possesses a ba in asian studies and is now trying to find jobs in this crap economy. |
